Panel Discussion on the Future of US Soft Power

Join us on November 12 from 5 - 6 pm for a panel discussion featuring Professor Daniel Bessner, Professor Walter Welsh, and John Johnson at the University of Washington's Savery Hall, Room 166. Hosted in partnership with the Young Professionals International Network, this event explores the shifting landscape of U.S. foreign policy and domestic politics, and how these forces will shape the U.S.’s global image and moral authority into the future.

The conversation will begin with a moderated discussion led by Zaara Muhammed, Director of Economics & Business at the Rainier Institute for Foreign Affairs. The session will then transition into an open Q&A period, encouraging attendees to ask questions and engage directly with the panelists in an informal, interactive format.

This event is public and all are welcome to join.
