Casper Pei-Shen Suen

Casper is a co-founder of the Rainier Institute and a J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. An alumnus of the University of Washington, he was awarded the Yenching Scholarship to study at Peking University, where he completed a thesis on Chinese sovereign debt restructuring practices. He later worked on defense investment in Tokuo with the QUAD Investors Network and served on the Economic Security Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He focuses on the intersection of economic security, international economic law, and the legal frameworks governing public-private investment.
